The Ivey EMBA is designed to be an integrated program. It can be viewed as a wheel. You and your development as an executive leader form the centre. Around that, 15 fully integrated courses form the three key areas of executive leadership – general management, business environment and personal leadership.

Executive Client Field Project is your finale project in the EMBA experience. You are required to integrate your learning and develop a strategic plan for representation to the senior management of an external client company.
