Your Professors at Ivey

Ivey’s Hong Kong EMBA is fully taught by professors from our home campus in Canada.

Ivey professors are globally renowned for their research, case teaching and case writing. They are full-time members of our faculty who stay in constant contact with the business world through their consulting work, research, and personal businesses.

Ivey faculty are the second largest producers of cases in the world after Harvard and are the largest producers of Asian case studies. As a participant in the Ivey EMBA, you will often have the unique advantage of being led through a case with the first-hand insight of the faculty member, who in many cases, wrote and researched the case.

Faculty's Role in the Program

In class, the professor orchestrates class discussions, ensuring that all angles of a business case are probed and dissected. Their job is to animate, question, and provoke. The energized and dynamic environment they create makes the learning an exhilarating experience.

Outside of class, professors are available and ready to help you gain further insight into an issue or provide coaching in an area of weakness. By working together, faculty bring Ivey’s integrated, team-based EMBA program to life.
