Ivey Wins 2004 Asia Pacific Case Writing Competition

Ivey was declared the Overall Winner of the 2004 Asia Pacific Case Writing Competition for the case The Pizza Public Company Limited - Thailand authoured by Professor Michael R Pearce, Professor Kathleen Slaughter and Elizabeth O Neil

The Asian Pacific Case Writing Competition is jointly organized by The Management Development Centre of Hong Kong under the sponsorship of the AmCham Charitable Foundation, Northwest Airlines, and Lark International.

Case studies can focus on the following areas: sales/marketing management, business policy, human resources management, international management etc. Evaluation is made on the bases of readability, clarity, structure of materials, and relevance of materials by a panel of distinguished judges drawn from the business and academic community.

The Competition was Chaired by Mr. Gilbert Chow, General Manager of Northwest Airlines, this year judging panel included: Mr. Robin Wong, Chief Executive Officer, Lark International and Mr. Michael Chan, Chief Finance Office, Lam Soon Group.
