A recent investigation by Accenture indicates that 85 per cent of businesses have introduced or are going to introduce digital technology to transform their supply chains. To fully take advantage of these changes, businesses have to capitalize on the great potential of emerging technologies such as cloud computing, IoT, big data, cognitive science and AI to promote the further transformation of their delivery channels and build an ever-improving, end-to-end solution.
Prof. Shane Wang joined other panelists to discuss the key questions and mega-trends of the New Retail Era, Supply Chain Ecosystem transformations and its key challenges.
