Ivey Asia hosting the second business insight forum to welcome a group of 60 Canada Ivey EMBA students visiting Hong Kong as the final stop of their China international field trip.

The forum featured Jason Yeung, EMBA’ 01, former Deputy CEO of Bank of China (Hong Kong), who is joined by our Ivey Professors panel including Associate Dean Professor Chris WH Chan,  Professor Jean-Louis Schaan and Associate Professor Lyn Purdy to discuss about China’s path to internationalization, fundamental policy shifts under the “New Normal” and new directions of China’s maturing economy. 

Jason Yeung, EMBA’ 01, is a former Deputy Chief Executive of Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited who has just retired in March 2015. In addition to overseeing the Group’s Personal Banking business, he was also a member of the Management Committee of the Group which provides overall leadership and guidance on the business development, strategic planning and operation of the Group.

Jason received a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences from the University of Hong Kong. He later graduated from The College of Law, United Kingdom and further obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Western Ontario, Canada and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business of the University of Western Ontario, Canada.
