Terms of Enrolment and Payment Schedule
Participant fees must be submitted prior to commencement. Payment shall be made in Hong Kong dollars (US$1 = HK$7.8) within 30 days of the receipt of the invoice. Cancellation and administration fees apply to program withdrawal and rescheduling. Please contact Ivey for details.
Payments are not refundable. Charges for cancellations of part, or all, of the enrollment before commencement of the program (i.e., date of the first module of the program) are as follows:
One month or less: The full program fees
More than one month: 50% of the program fees
Delivery format may be in-person and/or virtual subject to prevailing COVID-19-related travel, quarantine, and/or social distancing restrictions, as stipulated by the Hong Kong SAR Government, the PRC Government, and the Canadian federal and provincial governments. Any form of recording of the program while Ivey’s faculty is teaching, lecturing, and facilitating (either in person or virtually) is not permitted without the written consent of Ivey. In the event of virtual delivery, all materials and presentations delivered, and facilitation discussed remain the intellectual property of Ivey. Participant(s) who are joining the program through virtual means will receive a refund for the catering portion of the program fees. Other payments are not refundable.
Participant will be conferred the consortium program certificate by Ivey Business School upon completing 4 modules of the ICE Program.
If participant is unable to join a particular module, he/she must notify Ivey in writing at least 14 days prior to the start of the particular module. A one-time fee waiver is applicable for rescheduling on a per participant per module basis. Otherwise, a no-show penalty of US$500 per participant will be incurred to cover paid copyright fee for materials and fees including but not limited to logistics arrangement and catering. Additional rescheduling requests will incur a non-refundable administration fee of US$500 for the same participant per module and rescheduling requests are entertained subject to seat availability. Participant is expected to complete all selected modules within two years.
All ICE and AMT modules are offered subject to sufficient enrolment for each specific module and faculty availability. Ivey reserves the right of final decisions to postpone the module(s) or cancel the module(s) by giving a two-week advance written notice prior to the commencement of the relevant module(s). In the case of cancellation, Ivey shall refund all collected fees for the specific module(s) and thereafter shall not be held liable for any further claim(s).
